A Shamanic healing session is a spiritual practice where a practitioner, called a Shaman, guides a client or themselves into an altered state of consciousness through techniques such as drumming, chanting, or other tools to access the spirit realm, aiming to retrieve lost soul parts, address energetic imbalances, and promote healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels by interacting with spirit guides and ancestors; essentially acting as a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms to bring back healing energy to the client.

This can be done by distance sessions or in person sessions.

Healing happens in the spirit world. You can experience immediate effects or gradually. This is a powerful healing method that were used by tribes all around the world especially native American, native Australian tribes, in Norse traditions and more.

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that uses gentle touch to promote relaxation and well-being. It’s based on the idea that a person’s energy levels affect their health and mood. Reiki helps with the flow of life force energy that is stagnant.

Chakra alignment and aura cleansing are practices that aim to remove blockages and restore balance to the body’s energy system.
Chakra alignment is the practice of balancing the energy centres in the body, called chakras, to improve physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Crystal healing is an alternative therapy that uses crystals and gemstones to promote physical, mental, and spiritual health. Crystals can unblock, focus and direct energy. Crystals are place on and around the body during a session.

An Oracle reading is a practice that uses oracle cards to gain insight into oneself, explore thoughts and feelings, and find spiritual guidance. Oracle cards help with self-reflection and personal growth. Please note it is not fortune telling.
